Who this policy covers

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and API. You can reach us at hello@pobzy.com.

Data we collect

Account data. Your email address and name. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider. If you sign up with email and password, we store a hash of your password, never the password itself.

Payment data. Payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not see or store your card number. We keep a record of each order: the pack bought, the amount, the currency, the date, its status and the payment reference the provider gives us.

Checkout acknowledgement. Before payment you confirm that you understand credits are non-refundable once used. When you do, we record the time, your IP address, your browser's user agent and the version of the text you accepted, together with the order. We keep this as evidence in case of a payment dispute.

Credits and usage. Your credit balance, purchases, credits spent and refunded, and your API keys (we store only a hash of each key).

Support. Messages you send us through support tickets or email.

Technical and analytics data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site and similar information collected through server logs and the analytics tool you enable in the admin settings. We also record product events, such as opening checkout, to run and improve the service and to investigate abuse.

How we use it

To provide the service, take payments and grant credits, answer support requests, keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, and understand how the service is used.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that help us run the service, such as our hosting, database, email and payment providers, and only what they need to do their job. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order data while your account exists and for as long as the law requires us to keep payment records. When you delete your account we remove or anonymize your personal data, except what we must keep.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to some uses of it. To use these rights, email hello@pobzy.com.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. Optional analytics cookies are only set if you have agreed to them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
