Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Credits and payments

• The service is paid for with credits, sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
• Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by our payment providers.
• Credits never expire and have no cash value. They can't be transferred to another account.
• Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you upload and create. You give us the permission we need to store and process it in order to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. The Acceptable Use Policy lists what is not allowed. We may suspend or close accounts that break it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop parts of it, and we may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in advance where we can.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed, except where the law says otherwise.
