Email hello@pobzy.com. Write from the address on your account if the question is about your account or a purchase, and include the order number or the date. We usually reply within a few business days.
Signed in, you can also open a support ticket at /settings/tickets.
Credits
- Credits come in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
- Credits never expire.
- Your balance is shown in the header and on /settings/credits.
Purchases and refunds
An unused pack can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy for the details, and open a ticket to request one.
Your account
- Sign in: with the method you signed up with. Use the same one on every device to see the same balance.
- Delete your account: email us from the address on your account. Deleting signs you out everywhere and unused credits are lost.
Report content
To report something that breaks the acceptable use policy, email hello@pobzy.com with the link and a short description.
