Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire, so you can buy once and come back whenever you need them.
How do refunds work?
A pack is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase as long as none of its credits have been used. Once a credit from a pack is used, that pack is no longer refundable. Open a support ticket to request a refund.
Which payment methods are supported?
Visa and Mastercard (credit, debit and prepaid), Apple Pay and Google Pay on devices that support them, and PayPal when it is enabled. The checkout page shows the options available to you.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. The order confirmation email includes your receipt and invoice, and for card payments you can add a company name and tax ID to the invoice. Every order is also listed under Settings → Payments.
